DOUBLE CABLE CASE CONVEYOR

Cable Conveyor Systems, Inc. manufactures a complete line of double cable case conveyor. The double case conveyor was originally designed to convey light product such as empty corrugated boxes, plastic milk crates and soda crates long distances, with fewer drives.

This style of conveyor utilizes dual coated steel cables supported by Extruda-mold 3” idlers on 20” centers to convey the product. By utilizing the coated steel cables, products such as corrugated boxes, can be backed up on line with out damaging the bottom of the container and creating cardboard dust.

By utilizing fewer drives our systems are considerably less then the competitions. An example would be plastic soda crates being conveyed 300’ with just one drive unit. This system can incorporate a 90° corner without an additional drive to power the corner unit.
