• Cable Conveyor Systems sends a qualified professional to your plant to inspect the production line.

• A complete report highlighting problem areas, including photos is submitted shortly after the inspection.

 

The Customized Audit Report will include recommendations for:

• Parts needed

• Complete project list for maintenance personnel

EXTRUDA-MOLD® CABLE SPLICING MACHINE SERVICE & RENTAL

 

The patented Extruda-Mold® Cable Splicing Machines are available for sale or lease and are easily operated by your own personnel.

 

As an additional service, Cable Conveyor Systems can perform cable slicing in your plant on an appointment basis, as the Cable Splicing Machine is completely portable.

 

Utilizing our patented splicing technique, our

customers have realized increased production
on some of their most stubborn conveyor lines.
 

Endless loops for your runways can also be supplied for your lines that can accept them.

 

Our actual splicing style takes just 1 hour from start to finish and is guaranteed for 2 years on full can lines and 4 years on empty can lines.
 

Along with the EXTRUDA-MOLD® style cable, we can supply you with other style cables and their splicing kits.
